Undercover Boss is currently showing on Channel 5, every Sunday at 10pm. Each episode, the top manager or CEO of a company, goes undercover in his own company and works among the workers at different levels for a week. He does this to understand the challenges faced by his workers.
I have been following Undercover Boss for a few weeks. What touches me is that the CEO truly wants to provide a safe and secure environment whereby the employees can advance their careers, while seeking increase in the bottom-line at the same time.
