Attended 5 consecutive days of Jacky Cheung concerts. NOT ME. A property agent did.
This property agent is accompanied by 5 different members of her family for each of the different days. Seems like being a property agent is very lucrative nowadays. No wonder I have ex-colleagues in the same industry joining their ranks.
This is just one side of the story. I also known ex-property agents who came back to their previous jobs. When a group of people want others to take action to benefit themselves, they chose to tell half the story.

Another exciting week with the Adsense Guild. My first site is appearing in more Google search results, with a few in page 1, and mostly in pages 2 and 3.

Having A Day Job That Pays You Every Month Is Good
Having a day job that pays you every month is good. However, there are occasions when you just feel like quitting. Today is one of them.
I just got home after a 5 hour long meeting. It is not very funny when 7 hungry people crowd in a small room for a discussion with no dinner in sight and no idea of when it is going to end. Talk about EQ at work. The bosses did not even bother to order dinner for anyone.
Somehow, I reached home with a new fire. I will make my side-business work!

As Bad As You Can Be
Cannot remember where I have read it, but it is said that when you start on anything new, you are as bad as you can be at it. Slowly, you will learn from your mistakes and improve. You will see the benefits, provided you do not give up and are in the game long enough.
Though I have joined a group of very experienced marketers, I made mistakes from day #1. Unconsciously I would say. I did not even know I were making a mistake. It helps when someone clarified a point or two in the Adsense Guild Forum, then you realized that you have been doing something incorrectly. I will learn. I will do it the right way.
But, it takes time. Patience is a virtue.
Though I have joined a group of very experienced marketers, I made mistakes from day #1. Unconsciously I would say. I did not even know I were making a mistake. It helps when someone clarified a point or two in the Adsense Guild Forum, then you realized that you have been doing something incorrectly. I will learn. I will do it the right way.
But, it takes time. Patience is a virtue.
Money Making Opportunities Are Everywhere
Money making opportunities are everywhere. Just open up any newspaper. Forex gurus will teach you how to make $10k a month. Stock gurus will teach you how to make money regardless of a bull or bear market. Internet Marketing geniuses will teach you how to generate a passive income.
I cannot say for the first 2 cases. Maybe they are genuinely interested in helping more Singaporeans to become millionaires or billionaires after becoming one themselves.
But I do know that teaching people "how to make money" is easier than doing it yourself.
Imagine a weekend course where the guru told people who have absolutely no idea of Internet Marketing (or never did any research themselves, or who have never succeeded) and just make a claim that he is making money from Internet Marketing by showing them his Adsense account versus him staying at home to work on his websites himself, he probably earned more in the weekend than all his time spent on his websites. Some questions that you should think about:
Do you think he will share everything he knows with you?
How does he ensure that you will be successful after the course? (He has already collected $$$ from you)
Will you set up your first website and try out?
How does he ensure that you are motivated?
The Adsense Guild is probably superior.
It is a place for doers. You get the Adsense Recipe that tells you what you need to do exactly every week, continuously for 52 weeks.
It charges monthly and you can get out anytime you think it is not suitable for you.
It has a support forum where you can post your queries, doubts or share your successes.
A Good Opportunity does not come often. I managed to get in when it is offering a $250 lifetime membership. Took only a week for me to decide to risk my $250.
Incidentally, after I have seen some successes of my own, and told some people about it, they actually told me they are too busy right now and will get into it at the end of the year.
Inflation is making everyone's purchasing power smaller. Unless you are earning faster than what you are earning 6 months ago, I would recommend an alternative source of income. Once built, it requires low maintenance and continually rolls in income week after week with little effort.

Going into the 5th month of my internet marketing journey. The past 4 months have been very enriching. Not only have I picked up useful tips that cannot be found anywhere on the Internet from the Adsense Guilders, I also got the latest updates on the future trend of search engines.

Online Business Crisis
Do you think Internet Marketing is smooth-sailing business? Want to get in on this and make LOTS of money while you are asleep? Read on.
Yesterday, I have a "crisis" situation for my website. In the morning, just before leaving for work, I checked my website ranking in Google. To my disappointment, it has dropped to page #3. Over the past 8 weeks, I have seen my website dropped from page 1 to page 2. However, I took no action as I thought it was temporary. Google is constantly updating their ranking algorithm.
Immediately, I posted a message in the Adsense Guild forum, asking for advice from the more experienced internet marketers. 8 hours later, I reached home and checked the forum for follow-up replies. There were a number of responses. A few mentioned keyword density.
I ended up spending the next 5 hours, updating the navigation of the website, and rewriting the main page. When I were done with the website, it was 1am. I checked my website's Google ranking again. It is at the top position in page 2!
Problems encountered in your own side-business are not necessarily bad. Yesterday, I learned some new tricks on boosting my website's ranking in Google and all thanks to the Great Guys at Adsense Guild Forum.
